ASSEMBLE Workshop on Functional Genomics
The workshop will be on “Functional Genomics of Marine Model Organisms” from May 22nd to 23rd, 2012 at the Zoological Station Anton Dohrn in Naples, Italy.
The WS aims at introducing participants to the molecular, genetic and genomic tools available for the main marine model organisms, focusing primarily on ASSEMBLE models, and is taught by experienced instructors. The WS programme will consist of introductory talks and demonstrations of selected methods.
